The Slavic-American Chamber of Commerce was found to promote the growth and successful economic development of all Slavic-American businesses and all businesses that cater to one of the largest minorities in California. 

The ethnic makeup of California has been dramatically changed in the past 20 years due to significant Slavic immigration. For example, the Greater Sacramento area is home to approximately 200,000 people from Slavic descent.  

This recent Slavic-American surge created the need for a Chamber of Commerce to promote businesses that cater to our community and also to help the community itself, by providing educational, cultural, and economic opportunities.
